The mission of the Hancock Housing Resource
Center (HHRC) is to provide resources and technical
assistance to Hancock County residents by improving the
conditions of the housing stock after Hurricane Katrina,
replacing damaged houses and vacant properties with new
housing, and creating new affordable homeownership
opportunities.
HHRC - along with other agencies that work in
recovery and relief in Hancock County - is now case managing
over 3,000 families.
